Chef Gautam Mehrishi, is an exponent of Indian food with over 20 years of experience with all major hospitality groups viz the Taj Group, Bass hotels, Marriott before joining SFC Group. A Celebrity Chef; he has become a household name with his endeavors on television.

His vast knowledge in culinary art, finesse in creating elegant traditional Indian recipes, experimenting to create unique dishes and focus on health-oriented food will synergize the group’s effort to maintain its premium position in food & hospitality industry.

Gautam Mehrishi uses his television platforms to demonstrate a variety of scientific cooking methods that enhance the cooking experience as well as the flavor of food, whilst preserving its nutritive value.

Hailing from a family of doctors who served in the Indian army, he has travelled across the country and developed an interest for culinary arts from young ages which was nourished by his grandfather.

Kitchen Magic is a landmark show in the premium food entertainment space, Living Foodz. It is the first demonstrative show to provide food lovers with technical skills that promise to make the home cooking experience healthier and more scrumptious.

Through ‘Food Ka Mood’ in Zee News Chef Mehrishi demonstrated new cooking techniques and brings out new flavours in traditional Indian recipes. He was also the celebrity chef judge of the immensely popular cookery reality show called “Kitchen Champion” aired on Colors Television.

Combining his frenzy adventures and travels with culinary act, had conceived the show “Chef on Wheels” where he unravels unknown stories of how delirious dishes are made right from the production of the ingredients.
